As regular readers of this blog will be aware, AlbertaPolitics.ca recently moved to a new web hosting service in response to some problems with the previous service provider.
The transfer seems to have have resulted in a situation in which certain photographs and other illustrations disappear during the normal publication of new posts.
This post has been published to test some of the repairs that have been made. I confess I was unaware of the delightful concept of “amateur television” from the mists of time, long before the invention of the Internet made such a concept possible or even normal, until I found the test pattern that illustrates this story.
This seems like as good a moment as any to ask readers to consider making a donation to help defray the costs of the recent changes and repairs to this blog, as well as the move to the new hosting service.
